Shipping & Delivery Policy

NotepadXtreme Pro and Enterprise are digital licences. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges anywhere in the world.
How your licence is delivered
After payment, your licence key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a minute. Orders paid through Ko-fi are sent by hand, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.
Getting the app
The app itself is a free download from notepadx.app for macOS, Windows and Linux. Paste your key into Settings → Licence to unlock Pro.
If your key doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there within 24 hours, email support@notepadx.app with the email address you used to pay, and we'll send it again. If we can't deliver a working key, our Refund Policy applies.
